SAATHI - Smart AI Adoption for Technology & Holistic Inclusion
Supported by AVPB, ADB and Google
Samunnati Foundation delivers cohort-based AI training programmes for farmers, women-led enterprises, FPOs, and rural youth to enable practical adoption of AI in agriculture, livelihoods, and market engagement. The programme focuses on hands-on learning using real-world AI tools to support decision-making, productivity, and digital inclusion across rural communities. Participation is through curated cohorts, aligned to programme objectives and regional relevance.

LEAF empowers CEOs of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) through a comprehensive training program focusing on business planning, market linkages, and compliance. The program has successfully trained FPO leaders in Karnataka and Telangana, strengthening their operational and managerial capabilities.

Strengthening Hadoti FPC

This initiative aims to transform Hadoti Agrofarm FPC into a sustainable model by enhancing governance, member engagement, market integration, and financial management. Training is provided to strengthen governance and promote digital adoption. Targeted beneficiaries include smallholder farmers from 12 villages in Ladpura Block, Kota.

Promoting Sustainable Agriculture
Promotion of Micro Irrigation in Tamil Nadu
Supported by: International Finance Corporation
This project aims to boost the adoption of micro irrigation systems (MIS) among smallholder farmers in Tamil Nadu. The initiative will train 200 Agricultural Service Entrepreneurs (ASEs) to provide operational and maintenance services for MIS, improving water use efficiency and promoting environmentally sustainable practices.

The FPO Academy offers comprehensive training to Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), covering governance, compliance, management, marketing, financial planning, and technology. The platform provides 65 curated courses available in six languages, promoting the holistic development of FPOs.
Rural Youth Development
Drone Technology Training Program

This 13-day residential training program educates rural youth and FPO directors in drone technology applications in agriculture. Participants are empowered with entrepreneurial skills to become agri-preneurs and enhance the lives of farmers.
